1 cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom pods
6 black peppercorns
1 green tea bag or 2 tsp. green tea leaves
Raw goats milk / coconut milk / almond milk
Method

To prepare: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil add the spices, keeping the green tea aside, and simmer for 10 mins. Turn off the heat and steep for 10 minutes.
-
Add the green tea to the water and steep 5 minutes more. Strain, and if you’d like it hot, add the liquid back to the pot, bringing it to a simmer.
-
Pour into a cup and add your milk in the amount you like in your tea. Alternatively, you can use milk instead of the water. You can drink this 1-2 times a day. One cup now and again is safe during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
